Jim Niekamp founded Niekamp Group (NG) after spending over 12 years in the aerospace market and learning of the challenges that manufacturing companies have in increasing market share and expanding their customer base. 

The aerospace markets are poised for substantial growth over the next 15-20 years and now is the time to secure new relationships, contracts on parts, and design wins.  Niekamp Group will help manufacturers take advantage of the expanding opportunity in the aerospace market.

NG realizes that day to day operational and sales demands with existing customers occupy most of our clients time, so there is little to no time for new client development and prospecting.  Many manufacturing companies are dependent on their existing clients for growth or word of mouth marketing. Plus, many smaller manufacturing companies are being rolled up into an equity backed holding company increasing the pressure for sales growth.  Jim recognized that manufacturing companies need help in growing their market share and launched Niekamp Group to be a resource for growth.

Niekamp Group has relationships with the key decision makers including both engineering and purchasing at both large multinational OEMs (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Gulfstream, Sikorsky, Raytheon) as well as smaller tier 1 and tier 2 manufacturing partners.  We manage a database over 2,500 customers and regularly communicate to that database our client’s products to gain branding and awareness.  NG has worked with our clients to secure approvals, land contracts, and acquire prints for quoting.
